International Women’s Day celebrations

Donaghey & Chance were pleased to support Legal Women magazine’s IWD celebrations in 2024. In-person celebrations took place in Belfast, Edinburgh and London.

As a female led business, it is important to us to support women working within the law and beyond. Some of the key themes that emerged from the events, included imposter syndrome, salary secrecy and family commitments.
